Now Offering Transportation from the Hub!!

Wildwood Chapel is now offering transportation from trusted Wildwood Chapel drivers to pick up your kids from the Hub in Upper Sandusky. Pickup will be at 5:30 pm at the Hub on Wednesdays, they will be transported directly to Wildwood Chapel for Adventure Club. After Adventure Club, the kids will be transported back to the Hub and pickup at the Hub will be at 7:30pm. Forms will need signed and submitted below before your child can be transported by Wildwood drivers.

The Hub is located at 535 North Hazel Street, Upper Sandusky.
